A summer's day

Brilliant azure skies
siphon the blues from my soul,
left with summer warmth

I once had a favorite "azure" colored sweater .. and I loved it so, I wore it in summer. I like this one.

This is an interesting idea. The thought of the summer blue being taken from me makes me feel at once very connected to the day and controlled by it. It's a strangely lovely thing.

I can hardly wait for summer. I hate being cold.

What an unusual, yet beautiful tree! There's nothing quite like a summer day to chase the blues away!

how beautifully written, if only blue skies can do that do to a person, since it's winter, your words are just perfect to savor

ps, I like your new background leaves image, quite lovely compared to the circles you had before

What an incredible image-- siphoning the blues right up into the sky.

I like the way you connected the color with the mood in this unique way.

my only wish was that the photo was bigger! i like how azure skies siphon the color blue from your soul. i definitely want summer already! i don't like winter sports.

i'm ready for some blues to be siphoned off--to be replaced by a thousand shades of green!

thanks for this!
